Refund policy

100% customer satisfaction is always Cookin Wid Kunchi's goal. Please contact us with any issues you may have with your order.

 

Our general return/refund/exchange policy is:
Damaged items - All requests for replacement of items that are damaged during shipping, must occur within 3 days of the receipt of the order by the customer. After confirmation of damage, the items can either be replaced or a credit can  be applied to the customers account. 


Other requests for return/refund/exchange - All requests for return/refund/exchange must be initiated within 30 days of transaction date. Due to their consumable nature, Rubs can not be returned or exchanged regardless if they are unopened. If their is a problem with the item, please contact us to discuss options for resolution. All other items are eligible, but any shipping costs for returning items due to incorrect size or type will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
