TIPS for A Homemade Stock
- This can be done with leftover chicken, beef, pork, seafood scraps, veggie scraps etc.
- You can also mix bones and create your own flavor.
- Stocks used instead of water in soups, stews and rice dishes add a complex depth of flavor to your dish which is rich in calcium, iron among other nutrients from the stock ingredients.
- Don’t add salt so you can season your final dish however you’d like.
