Once a starry-eyed kitchen dreamer, I traded in chef hats for a Weber kettle and a passion for turning my ordinary backyard into a BBQ paradise where friends and family gather to enjoy delicious food and good company. Growing up in the humble countryside of Central Jamaica, I learned the magic of flavors from scratch. My journey led me to the world-famous Daytona Beach, where I’ve been blending the bold tastes of the Caribbean with the smoky allure of American BBQ.
