Once a starry-eyed kitchen dreamer, I traded in chef hats for a Weber kettle and a passion for turning my ordinary backyard into a BBQ paradise where friends and family gather to enjoy delicious food and good company. Growing up in the humble countryside of Central Jamaica, I learned the magic of flavors from scratch!
