HOW TO MAKE GRANDMA'S BREAD PUDDING || WITH BOURBON INFUSED RAISINS.

INGREDIENTS 

1 large white bread 

4 cups milk

softened butter

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinamon

1 tsp ground allspice

1 cup dried raisins

Bourbon

1.5 cups brown sugar 

2 eggs

1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Soak raisins in enough bourbon to cover them completely from the night before. 

Butter each slice of bread. Cut each slice into 4 pieces. Mix eggs, milk, sugar and spices together in separate bowl. Pour mixture over bread. If needed, use more milk to cover all the pieces of bread. Soak for an hour. After this, add bourbon soaked raisins to the mixture, mix and mash bread well. Bake for 1 hour at 375° orange depending on your preferred texture
