These grilled lamb chops are a delicious bite when made with love. This recipe features Blaxican Fajita Seasoning, which you can find on my website. The whole lamb chops from Sam's Club are a special cut that's sliced thin and includes the entire cross-section from the rib to the shoulder blade. If you have been wanting to try Sam’s Club, but don’t want to fork over the membership fee, here is a great opportunity for you. Try a free 30-day Sam’s Club membership by signing up with this link.

Ingredients
-
Whole lamb chops, thinly sliced
-
Olive oil
-
Honey
-
Garlic
-
Butter

Instructions
In a bowl, combine the Blaxican Fajita Seasoning with some olive oil.
Add the lamb chops to the bowl and massage the seasoning mixture into the meat.
Let the lamb chops marinate for about 1 hour.
Prepare your grill for a two-zone cook. We used a Weber Summit Kamado with B&B charcoal for this recipe.

Grill the lamb chops directly over the hot coals until they reach your desired doneness and rest them on the indirect side.
While the lamb is grilling, melt a stick of butter in a small pan.
Add ¼ cup of honey, juice from 1 lemon, and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic to the melted butter. Add a few sprinkles of the Blaxican Fajita seasoning
Stir the honey garlic butter sauce until it's well combined and slightly thickened.

Once the lamb chops are finished grilling, pour the honey garlic butter sauce over them to glaze.
Serve the lamb chops over a bed of my garlic mashed potatoes, for which you can find the recipe on my website.
