🔥 The Ultimate Hot Honey Chicken Tenders! 🔥
Craving a sweet and spicy kick? These aren't your average chicken tenders. We’re taking them to the next level with a hot honey glaze and a secret ingredient that'll blow your mind! This recipe originates from Canada, courtesy of Julien, also known as @jujuskitchen100 on Instagram. Check out his content when you get a moment. Julien and I met earlier this year when he and his family visited my home in Florida. He had brought some of my rubs home, and he created this recipe. With his permission, I'm sharing this recipe with you today.
First, we brine our chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for ultimate tenderness, then coat them in a crispy-crunchy double dredge. However, the real star is the Tropical Zinger Dry Rub, which is used in both the brine and the flour. It's an explosion of zesty, tropical flavor that perfectly complements the spicy-sweet honey glaze.
Cooked to perfection in the air fryer, they're crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and absolutely irresistible. Serve them up with some cool, creamy ranch, and you’ve got a flavor combo that's pure perfection.
