We had a class here in Wilmington, NC before Thanksgiving. There was about 23 people here and we all had a great time. We learned lots about fire management, selecting the right cut of meat, how to trim a brisket, selecting the right seasoning and how to cook on different grills. They utilized a Weber Kettle grill, Recteq Backyard Beast and a couple of Big Green Eggs for this event. It was a very worthwhile class that was perfect for all skill levels and had lots of involvement to keep everyone engaged. I would highly recommend attending one of these classes if you get a chance.
