Garlic Parmesan Wings

Chicken wings are one of the most versatile proteins on the market today. With so many ways to have them, so many flavors, sizes and the list goes on. These garlic parmesan chicken wings are so simple, yet, they will knock your taste buds out of this world. It starts with some simple SPOG dry rub and the rest is history. Grilling them will give you a bold smokey, fiery flavor and the parmesan and garlic just adds a whole other dimension to the dish. 

 

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings 

 

SPOG Dry Rub 

Olive oil

Green onions 

Garlic butter

(1 stick of butter and 1 tbsp garlic paste melted together) 

Chicken wings

Parmesan cheese

 

In a bowl use some olive oil and SPOG to season your chickens liberally. (See my SPOG recipe). Cook over indirect heat for 20 minutes (325-350 °). Flip wings and cook for another 20 minutes. Remove and toss in a bowl with some garlic butter and parmesan cheese. Garnish with green onions and serve.
