TIPS for A Homemade Stock

  1. This can be done with leftover chicken, beef, pork, seafood scraps, veggie scraps etc.
  2. You can also mix bones and create your own flavor.
  3. Stocks used instead of water in soups, stews and rice dishes add a complex depth of flavor to your dish which is rich in calcium, iron among other nutrients from the stock ingredients.
  4. Don’t add salt so you can season your final dish however you’d like.
